Lumenridge operates direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands and provides ecommerce growth services — including paid acquisition, conversion optimization, brand operations, and selective advisory work — to a limited number of external clients.

Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written Service Agreement signed by both parties, which sets out scope, deliverables, fees, term, and any other commercial terms. To the extent of any conflict, the executed Service Agreement controls over these Terms in relation to that engagement.
