ii — Initial inquiry
What to include in your first note.
You don't need to send a brief or a deck. A few lines about the following is usually enough to know whether we're a fit:
- What the brand is, briefly
- What you're trying to figure out, or what's not working
- Roughly the stage you're at: revenue range, team size, time in market
- What would be useful from us specifically (an audit, a project, a working conversation)

iii — Response
When to expect a response.
We respond to most first inquiries within two business days. If we're at capacity and can't take on new work, we'll tell you that on the first reply rather than dragging out the conversation.
Our working hours overlap with US time zones, and we work with brands and partners globally. Calls happen on whatever time works on both ends.
